  • Surfaces and touchpoints sanitized & wiped

  • Garbage & recycling removed

  • Beds will be made if new linens are left out

  • Interior of kitchen cabinets & drawers

  • Oven and stovetop deep clean

Important note: 

  • Appliances are not pulled out 

  • Ceiling fixtures will be cleaned if reachable with a 2-step stool

  • Scheduling move in/out clean as the same day as other services isn't recommended 

  • Extra charges will apply if areas are dirtier that norm
